1. Who we are

This website is operated by La Nocte, a brand of LLC YM, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, located at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. 2. Products

Our products are those described on the product pages at the time you visit the site, while supplies last. We describe and photograph them as accurately as we can. Minor details may vary slightly from the pictures.

3. Orders

Your order is final once we accept it, your payment is processed and you receive our order confirmation email. Changes or cancellations are only possible with our written agreement, before your order ships.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country: US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian kroner, Mexican pesos or Australian dollars. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout. We may change our prices at any time; you pay the price shown when you place your order. Shipping is free on every order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods offered at checkout (credit and debit cards, digital wallets and other available methods). Payments are processed through secure, SSL encrypted systems. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Mexico and Australia. Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days and is usually delivered in 6 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Every order ships with tracking. 7. 30-day guarantee and returns

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, under the conditions of our Returns and Refunds Policy. If you live in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, explained in the same policy.

8. Electrical products

Our lighting and heated products are electrical devices. Install and use them according to the instructions provided, especially for outdoor use. When a product reaches the end of its life, do not throw it away with household waste: recycle it at an electronics collection point, following your local rules.

9. Warranties and liability

If a product arrives defective, we replace it or refund it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes or government actions.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, trademarks, logos, design) belongs to La Nocte and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

13. Questions and disputes

If you have a concern, please email us first at contact@lanocte-us.com. We reply to every request and aim to resolve any issue within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence. If you live in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland or Australia, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country (in Canada, of your province) and may bring a claim before your local courts. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
